Leslie at Starbucks provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and efficient, and she made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Leslie went out of her way to be helpful and handled everything with a positive attitude, which really stood out. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the care she showed throughout my visit.

I’ve given this Starbucks so many chances because it’s only 3 minutes from my house, but it’s honestly one of the worst locations I’ve been to. The workers always seem annoyed, they constantly forget the EXTRA caramel I ask for in my Vanilla Bean drink, and the drinks barely have any flavor compared to other Starbucks locations. And the amount of ice they put is ridiculous.the picture speaks for itself. The cup is literally full of ice and barely any actual drink. There’s probably a reason this place is never busy. I’ve never seen a Starbucks fill their cups so much of ice. DISAPPOINTED!!

The lady that completed mine and my husband's drive thru order at 5:10pm deserves all of the positive praise. We had actually been having a really crap week, and her act of kindness when the frog pops weren't available and notes on the drinks just brightened our entire day. (The order was a 10/10 for taste and prep as always!) Thank you so much for your kindness 💗

I placed an order online and went through the drive-through to pick it up. The employee taking orders made it very clear that the app would notify me when my order was ready. Another employee then came over and wanted to charge me, and the first employee interrupted just to repeat again that the app would notify me when the order was ready. I politely told her that it was okay and that I would wait (I have always placed an order ahead of time and waited with no problem). Instead of responding professionally, she stared me down with a very rude and unpleasant expression. She then told me to park in the front to wait for my order and continued giving me dirty looks the entire time. I found the interaction extremely unprofessional. Customer service should never make customers feel intimidated or disrespected. Because of this experience, I will never return to this Starbucks location again.

Several times I have stopped in for quick breakfast sandwich and they are always very sloppily thrown together. I have to rebuild them in my car EVERYTIME!! Usually the Double Smoked Bacon sandwich. Looks like a 2 year old made them. First thing they do is hand you a machine asking for a tip. If you want a tip you need to prepare the food like it matters. Starbuck - YOU can do better.
